Historically, supply chain has been a male-dominated space. Participation of women in these sectors has been poor. Other functions like finance or marketing have seen women advancing to the C-Suite and landing board positions.  We are now seeing a gradual progress in supply chains and logistics too. This will require companies to execute inclusion efforts that will draw women to be supply chain professionals and create an environment where women can flourish.

ISCM brings you an engaging discussion where leaders in supply chain and logistics will discuss and share their ideas, challenges and the way forward to creating an inclusive, and equal work space. 60 percent of the speakers and participants will be women supply chain leaders.
